PART I

The Contesters are a group involved in a semi-covert effort to dismantle the current government which they believe is corrupt and oppressive to the general public. The group is considered a rising threat by the government as their tactics are considered terrorism. A strike team is pursuing them and trying to track down who they are, where they are and how to catch them. One of the most ambitious of these team members is Major Champion Bannor, a young and focused man determined to track down the most notorious member of the group - Cole Wright. He's accused of theft, conspiracy, and murder. Major Bannor is hell bent on catching him and on finding his sister - Dala.
